He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Belcher and Helen Belcher; and his brothers, Michael and Chris. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Robert (Amy) and Garrett; his grandchildren, Hailey, Sadie, Cassidy and Annelise; his sister Dana Jeffcoat; and his friends, Don Crosby, Larry Little and Jim Howard.

For those who wish, contributions in his memory may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice in Roanoke.
