He was predeceased by: his foster parents, Lemuel "Lemmie" Epperly and Bernice Epperly; and his sister Annie Lee Gibson. He is survived by: his children, Lori Belanger (Bill) and Michael Kevin Cline (Mimi); and his nieces, Trilyon Boone (George) and Cindy Foster (Richard).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel (305 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
