He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Amos and Mary Pearl Eley Hyatt; his wife Dalene Hyatt; and his siblings, William Harnell Hyatt, Jewell Amos Hyatt, Bryant Lee Hyatt and Martha Jane Hyatt Allen (Horace).
He is survived by: his daughter Lorisa Lawson (Mike); his granddaughters, Tiffany Matlock (Jon), Rachel Mitchell (Taylor) and Katherine Pettipiece (Scott); and his great grandchildren, Caleb Matlock, Daniel Matlock and Elias Mitchell.
