He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kelley and Marguarite Kelley; his former wife Beatrice Kelley Scott; his wife Jerry Smith Kelley; and his siblings, Frank Kelley (Tommy), Darlene Kelley and Christine Kelley King.
He is survived by: his sons, Raymond L. Kelley and David W. Kelley (Shelia); his brother Donnie Kelley (Ila); his grandchildren, Melissa Blankenship Harvey (Mike), Robert M. Blankenship (Angela) and Grace Kelley; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Emily, Gracie, Christopher, Nellie-Mae and Stella Blankenship; and his close friend Dave Childers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakey's Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
