With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roberta Bevins (Roanoke, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Pope and Mable Marie Angler Pope; her daughter Gina Leigh Bevins Wilburn (Gary Wilson Wilburn); her husband Ken; and her siblings, Mary Rose Sparks, Pauline Pope, Anita Sue Pope, Linda Lou Staton and James Franklin Pope.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Lynne Bevins; her grandchildren, Grace Alexandra Wilburn Elliott (William Randall Elliott) and Grant Montgomery Wilburn (Katherine Gwin Stauffer); her great grandchildren, Willow Rose Elliott and Hazel Lee Elliott; her sister Patricia Gale Hudson (Larry Wilson Hudson); and her sister-in-law Priscilla Sue Pendleton (William Robert Pendleton).
