He was predeceased by: his parents, John LaFayette Dooley and Mildred Juanita Hartberger Dooley; and his siblings, Richard Dooley, Donald G. "Buck" Dooley, Evelyn V. Welch, Brenda J. Dooley and Sally A. Grubb.
He is survived by: his wife Gigi Beckner; his children, David Boynes (Bobbie Jo) and Dana Silva (Bear); his grandchildren, Ellen Silva, Dean Silva, David Boyne, Jr. and Denise Serneo (Steven); his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Theo; his stepson Michael Beckner (Lora); his stepgrandchildren, Raven Beckner and Brody Beckner; and his siblings, Robert R. Dooley, Catherine M. Moore, Ruth Diane Starkey (Larry), Carl Wayne Dooley, Roger D. Dooley (Genny), Steve Dooley, Mary Sue Plunkett (Ed) and Vickie G. Chambers (Marvin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
