He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Neff Sr. and Irene Evans Neff; and his siblings, Betty Fulcher and Ron Crouch. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Gray Neff; his children, Brad Neff (Mary) and Angela Patterson (Jeff); and his grandsons, Jacob, Matthew Neff and Charlie Meadows (Bree).
