She is survived by: her children, Allison Fortner Moser (Deck) and Michael Thomas Fortner Jr. (Shawn); her grandchildren, Jessica Fortner Skole (Josh), Carly Moser Hodges (Will), Katie O'Neal Bailey (Josh) and Michael Taylor Moser (Chandler); her great grandchildren, Michael David Skole, Jette O'Neal Bailey and Rooker Ray Bailey; and her brother-in-law Jerome C. Casey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Oakey's South Chapel (4257 Brambleton Ave, Cave Spring, VA 24018). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (2011 Brandon Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24015).
