We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Selma Moody of Roanoke, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Selma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Selma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakey's South Chapel (4257 Brambleton Ave, Cave Spring, VA 24018). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church (2505 Electric Rd, Roanoke, VA 24018).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer Association.
