He is survived by: his grandmother Ruby Ratliff; his sister Paris Mumpower; his parents, Ginger (Pierre Dionne) and Roger Mumpower (Melinda Chitwood); his aunts, Debi Malcolm (Harold) and Joann Wolford (Teddy); his uncle Todd Ratliff (Jeanie); and his cousins, Kevin, Kory Wolford, Hutch, Josh Malcolm, Chase Hinkle and T. J. Ratliff.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Spirit (6011 Merriman Rd, Roanoke, VA 24018).
In lieu of flowers, gifts in Spencer's memory may be given to the Spencer Mumpower Memorial, managed by the Bishop Quigg Discretionary Fund.
