He is survived by: his wife Laura Almira Frantz; his daughter Kimberly Barber; his brother David Frantz (Terri); his sibling's children, Lori Hancock, Andrea Jenks, Lawrence Lee Hancock, Rebecca Loflin, Rachel Frantz and Allison Foutz; and his caregivers, Juanita, Jimmy, Shea, Woodie, Sandy, Brittany, Clara, Ginger and Chaplain Tammy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the ASPCA or to Angels of Assisi.
