He is survived by: his wife Mary Kegley Patrick; his stepmother Patty Patrick; his niece Ashley; his siblings, Steve Patrick (Ronda) and Mellisa Biggy (David); his daughter-in-law Julie Patrick Pitts (James); and his grandsons, Kenneth Logan Patrick (Haley), Devin Sean Patrick (Heather), Aydin Meric Pitts and James Pitts (Jay Jay).
