She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Benson Brown, Sr. and Miriam Powell Brown; her husband Robert Gray Hardin; her siblings, Miriam Woolford, Ellanora Roberts, William and Mitchell Brown; her siblings-in-law, Catherine Lee Hardin Dundee, Ann Hardin Gibbs, Carole Umstead Brown, C. Edward Woolford, Frederick Roberts, Frederick Hoffman, William Dundee and Dr. Basil Gibbs; her son-in-law Samuel Fishburn Woody, II; and her grandmother Gigi.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Lee Hardin Woody, Cynthia Ann Hardin Hince (Tony) and David Gray Hardin; her granddaughters, Dr. Mary Louise Woody (Aaron Michael Perelstein) and Madison Elise Hince; her great grandchild Ezra Samson Perelstein-Woody; her siblings, Charlotte Brown Hoffman, Alan Benson Brown, Jr. (Gail) and Richard Brown; her sister-in-law Maureen Smyth Brown; Robert Draper Woody. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
