He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Basham and Lucille Basham; and his daughter Wendy Basham. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Basham; his son Robert "Bob" Basham; his sister Sheila Bartlett (Jerry); his aunt Colleen Sarver; his niece Christy; and his caregiver Melissa Royal.
