He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Scott (Christina); his granddaughters, Marilyn Sarver (Corey Hyman) and Maddy; his son Derek (Lisa Via); his granddaughter Lauren Brock (Jon); his great grandchild Matilda; his grandson Andrew (Shelby Houston); his stepdaughter Sandy Lester (Dave); his grandchildren, Meagan Cupka (Scott Thompson) and Brandon Cupka (Ana); his stepdaughter Dawn Caldwell (Michael Metz); his granddaughter Amber Metcalf (Mark Young); his great grandchildren, Dakota Hurst and Jayda Young; and his siblings, Ray Sarver (Joyce) and Linda Lovell (Tommy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
