He was predeceased by: his daughter Denise Chase; his parents, Bill Chase and Beatrice Chase; and his siblings, Pat Warren, Bruce Chase and Brian Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Oakford; his children, Debi Hogan (Bill), Tammy Chase, Billy Chase (Ingrid) and Brad Chase (Melissa); his grandchildren, Chase Hogan (Mickayla), T. J. Hogan (Grace), Ryen Biggio, Abby Conrad (Cody), Collin Chase (Kara), Zach Chase and Conrad Chase; his great grandchildren, Arlo Hogan, Kya and Baby Chase; his brother Bobby Chase; and his sister-in-law Lonnie Hekierski.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roanoke Elks Lodge #197 (1147 Persinger Rd SW, Roanoke, VA 24015).
In lieu of flowers, they request donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research.
