He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Theodore Cuddy and Hazel Elizabeth Cuddy; his daughter Tammy Lynn Heddings; and his stepdaughter Lisa Powell. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Slough; his children, William Theodore Cuddy Jr. (Teresa), Michelle "Mikki" McPherson (Chuck), Teresa Conely and Chrissy Venable (John); his sister Judy "Dewey" Cuddy Hackworth (Frank); and his stepdaughters, Sylvia Tyler and Janet Winters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakey's East Chapel (5188 Cloverdale Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
