He is survived by: his parents, Anita Taunton (Robert Gatchel) and William "Bill" Blackwood (Lois Blackwood); his wife Tommi Ferguson of Roanoke, VA; his children, Ellie Blackwood (Eric Garcia-Martinez) of Chicago, IL and Sasha Blackwood of Roanoke, VA; his brothers, Dean Blackwood (Nicole Gewinner) of Austin, TX and Garrett Gatchel of Arlington, TX; and his stepsiblings, James Blackwood of Oklahoma City, OK, Sharee Blackwood Silver (Keith Snow) of Oklahoma City, OK and Jennifer Gatchel of Boston, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
