He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Payton Harvey; his children, Jayme Lynn McDaniel (Jason), Wanda Geer (Jeff), Todd Franklin Harvey (Brian Roberts) and Rodney Ketterman (Lorrie); and his grandchildren, Tiffany Woodward (Scotty), Trevor Geer (Erika), Keriann Foor (Matt) and Colton Ketterman (Katelynn). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
