He is survived by: his wife Sue Tyler Blake; his stepchildren, Michelle Mourie, Bryan Crenshaw, Wendy Goins and Mathew Crenshaw; and his pets, Lola and Shooter. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
