She was predeceased by: her parents, William Morehead and Beulah Lee Caldwell Morehead; her brother David Morehead; her nephew Michael Earnest Morehead; and her niece Kelsey Ann Groseclose.

She is survived by: her husband Timothy Harner; her children, Angel Leftwich, Jessica, Steve Turner, Evan Harner and Emily Lewis; her grandchildren, Sydnie Stowers, Nolan Turner, Carolina Turner, Palmer Gibson, Nora Gibson and Piper Harner; her sisters, Joyce Hayes and Carla (Mike Eidson); and her siblings-in-law, Tommy and Kathy Harner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Flora's honor to the Arbor Day Foundation.
