He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his children, Holly, Sara, Matthew Menzel and David Maxey; his grandchildren, Grace, Tyler, Jada and Drew; his son JB Lambert; Gayle Tomberlin (James), Carl "Sonny" Boone (Diana), Rita Belcher (Butch), JD Boone (Shirley) and JoAnn Poszich (late Raymond "Skeezie"). He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
