She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Mae Whittaker Spicer; her husband Wilson Winfield Belcher; and her siblings, Howard Spicer, Roy Spicer, Eula Mae Christian and Geneva Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, Sammy Belcher (Teresa) of Rocky Gap, VA, Patsy Neal of Bland, VA and Susan Zickefoose (Steven) of Lincolnton, NC.; and her grandchildren, John Belcher (JC), Taylor Leonard of Rocky Gap, VA, Jeremy Neal (Jenny) of Oak Harbor, WA, Joshua Neal (Casey) of Rocky Gap, VA, Jacob Kinder (Karissa) of Lincolnton, NC, Mollie Hawkins (Curtis) of Wytheville, VA and Samantha Hickman (Jeremiah) of Bland, VA. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
