With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annette Bowman of Rocky Mount, Virginia, who passed away on March 12, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Annette Bowman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ray and Ethel Harrison Amos; her sister Rebecca Amos; and her brother-in-law James E. Stanley. She is survived by: her husband John W. Bowman (Johnny); her daughter Elizabeth Anna Bowman (Beth Ann); her brother Donald R. Amos (Don); her grandchildren, Reece, Jordyn and Ali; her sister-in-law Bonnie Bowman (Toby O'Neal); and her nephews, John and Doug O'Neal.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Flora Funeral Chapel (665 S Main St, Rocky Mount, VA 24151). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted or donations to the Franklin County Historical Society.
