She is survived by : her significant other Philip Dale Walker; her daughters, Serina Walker, Misty Mollin (Erik Mollin) and Jessica Scalf (Jessie Scalf); her grandchildren, Hannah, Ryan, Ava and Brayden; her stepgrandchildren, Kala Scalf and Emily Scalf; her great grandchildren, Laci, Laila, Lexi and Declan; her mother May Blankenship; and her siblings, Eugene Blankenship (Liz Blankenship), Sandra Burnopp (David Burnopp) and Tina McConnell (Keith McConnell). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
