He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Herbert and Ada Ingram Frith; and his siblings, Gladys, Avis, Vivian, James, Morris, Lonnie and Buren.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sister Betty; his son Chuck; his daughter-in-law Leann Frith; his daughter Phyllis; his son-in-law Steve Lusk; and his grandchildren, Greg, Zach Frith, Katy and Jimmy Lusk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
