He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann Waid; and his daughter Brenda Hedrick. He is survived by: his children, Goldie (Gary Brown), Sharon Faye Greer, David Franklin Waid (Melissa) and Lisa Diane Waid (Lisa Persinger); and his grandchildren, Penny, Roger Robertson, David, Megan Hodges, Makayla Brown, Kristi Meeks, Carrie, Bud Foster, Tara Meeks, Brooke Brown, Tina Hedrick, Montana and Jordan Richards. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
