He was predeceased by: his brothers, Eddie and Irvin Turner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shively Turner; his daughters, Charlotte Turner and Milissa Hodges (Waylon); his grandson Kendall Hodges; and his siblings, Bonnie Hudson, Tommy (Irene), Curtis (Sharon) and Charles (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and over 75 foster children and grandchildren.
