He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen B. Frith; and his grandparents, Joe and Pat Millehan. He is survived by: his father Raymond Wayne Brown, Jr. (Cathy); his siblings, Gary E. Fitzgerald, Jr. (Amanda Yeary) and Amanda Pagans (Robert); his nephew Robert Pagans, Jr.; and his friend Steve Pagans. He is also survived by other numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; and lifelong brother.
