He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Driver and Anna Driver; and his brother-in-law Bob Gillespie. He is survived by: his wife Hester Sue Guilliams Driver; his siblings, Annette, Rudy Taylor, Lanae Gillespie, Donovan and Sheri Driver; his sister-in-law Dorothy Payne; and his niece Jackie Weddle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Book Hotel Fairview Church (4638 Franklin St, Rocky Mount, VA 24151). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at the Book Hotel Bethlehem Church of Brethren (4250 Bethlehem Rd, Boones Mill, VA 24065).
