We are sad to announce that, on September 5, 2025, at the age of 97, Eunice Davis Finney of Rocky Mount, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Davis and Annie Draper Davis; her husband Jesse Lewis Finney, Sr.; her granddaughter Joanna Reid Finney (Andrew O'Leary); and her siblings, James H. Davis, Jr., Douglas E. Davis, Andrew M. Davis, Billy I. Davis, Curtis V. Davis and Betty Ann Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Janice D. Fletcher (Michael) of Montross, VA, Patsy F. Jansons (Martin) of Blacksburg, VA, Danna F. Bullock (David Turner) of Elkin, NC. and Jesse L.; her grandchildren, Lynne Jansons (Kurt Krushenski), Ellen Finney, MD (Steve Koczirka, MD), Bennett Jansons (Nikki), Nicholas Finney (Cristina Viso), Zebulon Bullock and Brennan Bullock; her great grandchildren, Irma, Lewis Koczirka and Charlotte Jansons; her sisters-in-law, Era Davis of Martinsville, VA and Goldie Davis of Summerfield, NC.; and her pet Robin.
