He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Foster and Ronaldia Foster; his siblings, Bill Foster, Donald Foster and Mary McBride; and his brother-in-law Allen McBride.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Foster; his children, Mark (Lynne Foster) and Vanessa Carter; his granddaughters, Berkeley Albino (Blake Albino) and Kayla Santrock (Alex Koiner); his sisters-in-law, Nancy Foster and Ruby Foster; his brother George; and his sister-in-law Eunice Hall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
