He was predeceased by: his parents, John Taylor Kirk and Callie Gregory Kirk; his son Barry Lynn Kirk; and his siblings, Betty Marie Plybon (Glenn), Emerson Kirk (Nellie) and Claudine Law (Curtis).
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his son Jamie; his grandchildren, Faith (Jody) and Jason; his great grandchildren, Briana (Andruw), Alicia (Jacob), Callie (Tyler), Madelyn (Aaron), Hannah (David), Zechary (Allison) and Joshua (Amber); his great great grandchildren, Declan, Addi, Kallan, Graham, Lainey, Rylie, Luna, Nova and Solomon; his great-niece Mary; and his siblings, Ben (Lucy), Reva, Arlen, Carl (Aldean) and Gerald (Betty).
