She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Mosby and Kathleen Mosby-Scott; her son Troy Harvey; and her siblings, Amanda Pendleton and Harry Mosby.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Townes; her children, Gerald Mosby, Paula Harvey and Rodney Harvey; and her siblings, Antinia Mosby and James Mosby. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Flora Funeral Chapel (665 S Main St, Rocky Mount, VA 24151). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
