He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilmore "Pete" Tinsley and Frances Alice Tyree Tinsley; his siblings, Dorothy L. Mackenhimer, Phyllis M. Mackenhimer, Mary L. Mackenhimer and Michael Tyree Tinsley; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy Tinsley Jr., Jerry Mackenhimer, Corey Tinsley, Tara Tinsley and Trudy Gilbert.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nannie Zeigler, Betty Tinsley, Georgia Prunty (Elder Herbert), Brenda Montgomery, Shelia Tinsley, Charles Tinsley (Wanda), Thomas Tinsley and Howard Tinsley. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
