He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Webb, Sr. and Vivinee M. Webb. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Webb; his daughters, Amanda and Jordan Webb; his sister Dana Bond (Roger); his nephew Ryan Bond; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vivinee, Ava and Evelyn; his niece Kara Pena (Rudy); his great-nephew Aiden; his brother Wayne Webb (Robin); his nephew Cody; his parents-in-law, Rance Allen (Diane) and Edith Handy; and his brother-in-law Elton Allen.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Land Trust of Virginia.
