He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Kermit Holcomb and Lucy Holcomb; his wife Sherry McGhee Holcomb; his son Neil Holcomb; his grandson Daniel Buckner; his brother Melvin; his sister-in-law Nancy Holcomb; his siblings, Glennis Holcomb, Carmel Powell and Freeda; and his brother-in-law Randolph Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth W. Holcomb Jr. (Barbara), Sarah Campbell (Kenny Weddle), Reggie McGhee (Jenny) and Mearl Boswell (Lee); his grandchildren, Blake Holcomb (Katie), Beth Cummings (Lee), Kimberly Holcomb, Haley McGhee, Vandalina Holcomb, Lenzie Boswell and Emily Boswell; his great grandchildren, Eva Holcomb, Emma Holcomb and Lyla Cummings; his brother Bobbie Holcomb; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Holcomb, Jim Powell and Mary Robertson (Junior).
In lieu of flowers or food, memorials may be made to Fork Mountain Rescue Squad.
