He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Henry Bower and Betty Caroline Preston Bower; and his grandmother Etta Preston. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Caroline Bower and Mark Tyler Bower (Brittany); his grandson Weston Hodge; his sisters, Rona Bower and Robin Hodges; his close friend Shari Bower; and his caregiver Charlene Washington.
