He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Allen Phillips and Pamala Diana Phillips; his niece Chelsea Ann McGhee; and his great-nephew Dylan Ellender. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Phillips; his sons, Holden Phillips, Bryce Phillips, Cody Piacitelli and Chandon Phillips; his sisters, Robin Phillips Glidewell and Cheryl Phillips Carter; his siblings' children, Ashley Minter Ellender, Tyler Minter, Hunter Phillips, Cody Phillips, Lucas McGhee and Jake Glidewell; his grandson Nash Piacitelli; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lexi Oakes, Skyler Oakes, Aiden Minter, Liam Minter and Benton Glidewell. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
