She was predeceased by: her husband Talmage. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jane Lynch (Cecil), Melinda Milan (David) and Tammy Knick (Mark); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christopher, Rachel (Matthew) and Casey; her sisters-in-law, Nadine Minnix and Helen Sledd; and her cousin Connie Ailstock. She is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.

The family requests that memorials be made to The American Cancer Society.
