She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur L. Mullins Sr. and Mary Mullins. She is survived by: her significant other Joe Via; her sister-in-law Betty Mullins; her nephews, Mark Mullins (Patricia), Mike Mullins (Pam) and Matt Mullins; her great-niece Megan Thomas (Brian); her siblings, Wilbur "Jimmy" Mullins and Betty Louise Mullins; Millie Kate Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Flora Funeral Chapel (665 S Main St, Rocky Mount, VA 24151).
