He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Plumley and Banna Plumley. He is survived by: his wife Donna Plumley; and his children, Amber Sink (Zach), Brittany Plumley (Michael), Melissa Bivens (Danny), Donnie Plumley (Judy), Ray Plumley Jr. (Kristi) and Micheal Plumley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, two great-grandsons; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; six siblings; many nieces and nephews.
