She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Victoria Baldwin and John Jackson Linkswiler. She is survived by: her son William Andrew Shires; her daughter-in-law Amy Sturgill; and her great grandchildren, Bella, Willow Simmons, Jayce and Rowan Sturgill. She is also survived by three grandsons; her two assistant caregivers.
