Victor touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger J. Gawne and Dorothy M. Gawne (Lauer); and his siblings, Mark and Brenda. He is survived by: his children, Victoria Gawne Rios and Marcus Gawne (Jessica); his siblings, Gene Gawne (Jennifer), Gina Crandall (Philip), Duane Gawne, Linda Szysmarek, Nancy Bridenstein (Ron Foltz), Kevin Gawne, Kharri Schneider (Jason) and Megan Ayers (Kevin); and his former wife Monika Beckman. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Blue Ridge Chapel Building Fund or Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
