He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Holland and Roberta Ziegler; his wife Barbara Jean Tanks; and his children, Brenda Witcher, Ardella Tanks (Jeff), Benjamin Holland (Kim), Melinda Holland, Tiffany Brown (Darrell) and Jason Holland (Dorothy Mackenhimer).
He is survived by: his siblings, Otha and Annie Mae; and also, Barbara Jean Tanks, Dorothy Mackenhimer, Brenda Witcher, John Lewis, Gladys and Wanetta. He is also survived by his six children, nineteen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and a host of special friends.
