He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hale; his son Brian Hale (Nicky); his grandchildren, Brandon Hale (Alexis) and Kallie Manning; his great grandchild Maverick Hale; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie and Paul Horsley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
