He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Ann Byrd Tuck; his daughter Cindy Lynn Tuck; his parents, J. S. Tuck and Sarah Tuck; and his sister Rose Via.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Pagans (Tim) and Donna Van Dyke (Chad); his grandchildren, Stephanie Young, Brittney Hale Dencer (Kati), Rebecca Burdette and Thackery Hale; his stepgrandchildren, Kayla and Ashley Van Dyke; his great grandchildren, Autumn Whittaker (Cameron), Hailey Young, William Young (Christina), Luke Clark and Olivia Dencer; his stepgreat-grandson Logan Payne; his niece Tammy Via Joyce; his close friends, Debra, Leon Washington and Nat McCoy; and his daughter Jenny. He is also survived by "Papa" – an incredible grandfather.
