He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Henry James, Sr. and Effie Chaney James; and his brothers, Troy James, Wilbert James and Earl James.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda James; his children, Owen, Olivia, Corey and Kelly Stone; his grandchild Jesse; and his siblings, Marie Sigmon (Coy), Thomas James (Micki), Buford James (Dematrice), Paul James (Shirley) and Becky Hash (Philip). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
