He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Collins and Cleo Bunch Collins; his siblings, Glenn Collins (Ruth), Trish Breeden (Dorman), Vivian McMurry and Sally Wolfe (Ralph); and his brother-in-law Franklin Gilbert.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Gilbert and Nelson Collins (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
