He was predeceased by: his parents, Zan Chadwell and Laura Ely Chadwell; his son-in-law Boo Hollandsworth; his parents-in-law, Frank and Ruby Ramsey; and his brother-in-law Jim Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife June Chadwell; his daughter Jacque Hollandsworth; his grandchildren, Emily Pittman (Justin), Adam Hollandsworth and Abby; his siblings-in-law, Edie Kelley and Gerald Ramsey (Cheryl); his cousin Susie McCuiston; and his friend Doug Pillion (June Etta). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other beloved relatives, and many dear friends.
